Everything I've learnt scaling one AI model to $66K+/mo

Everybody loves to talk about AI these days, the little gimmicks, the websites, the 3D models, the bullshit automations that answer emails. Almost nobody has actually used AI to print a level of money that genuinely changes their life.

Most people fundamentally don't understand what AI is. AI is a tool. A powerful one, but like any tool, you have to know how to wield it, and you have to know what you're wielding it for. And what matters more than the tool itself is the one wielding it.

You could commission the finest katana from a master Japanese swordsmith, a blade that cuts through anything. Hand it to an amateur and he'll still get cut down by a master swinging a dull, rusted sword. The tool doesn't win the fight. The one wielding it does. I've spent years learning how to wield this tool for exactly one purpose: making money.

I'm not some guru who picked up AI a few months ago because it was trendy. Before I scaled one AI model to $66K+/mo, I'd already taken a content agency to $10K/mo and been using AI tools in business since the day they came out.

Back in 2022 I was mentored by an AI copywriter who was using these models long before ChatGPT came out and made AI trendy, running GPT‑1 and GPT‑2 back in 2021 to scale his business to over $22M. I worked directly with him while he was consulting Fortune 500 companies on how to replace their entire marketing teams with AI. Through him I learned exactly what AI is, what it's good for, and what you have to do as a human to actually wield it.

I was also on the team that produced the Tales of Wudan series for Andrew Tate, getting intimate with AI image and video models back when they were barely viable for anything.

All of that experience is why, the second the tools got good enough, I was able to print $66K+/mo with a single AI model. I understood the advantages, how to wield the tool, and how to point it at one purpose: printing money online.

One of the biggest lessons came from that AI copywriter. A client of his freaked out because competitors were using AI to pump out 10,000 articles a month. He calmly outpaced them writing 1,000, because he focused on what actually matters: sense of taste, discernment, and clarity of action.

That's exactly why I've stuck with one AI model instead of running 20 mid ones. And it's the kind of thing you only understand after years of reps, and the right guidance from mentors who actually know what they're talking about.
